Frequently Asked Questions

How do I merge multiple PDF files into one?

Upload two or more PDF files. Drag to arrange them in the desired order. The tool combines all pages into a single PDF document. Page sizes and orientations from each source file are preserved. Download the merged PDF.

How many PDF files can I merge at once?

The tool supports merging up to 50 PDF files in a single operation. Total combined size should be under 200 MB. Files are processed in the order you arrange them. Each file's pages are appended sequentially to the output.

Can I select specific pages from each PDF to merge?

Yes. After uploading, click on a file to select specific pages or page ranges (e.g., 1-3, 5, 7-10). Only selected pages are included in the merged output. This lets you combine specific sections from different documents.

Does merging PDFs affect the quality?

No. PDF merging is a lossless operation. Pages are copied as-is without re-rendering or recompression. Text, images, fonts, and formatting remain identical to the originals. File size equals the sum of included pages plus minimal overhead.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

If the PDF has an owner password (restricting editing), the tool can usually merge it. If it has a user password (restricting opening), you must enter the password first. The merged output can optionally be password-protected with a new password.
